In the U.S., cancer is the number one healthcare cost for unions. The vast majority of this burden comes from treating late-stage cancers. In fact, about 44% of organizations expect to see a rise in late-stage cancer in their workforce following the pandemic.
To get ahead of these costs, funds need to deploy a comprehensive, tiered strategy that narrows their efforts—screening everyone eligible, and then providing the most targeted resources for those at greatest risk for developing late-stage cancer. Color Health, in partnership with the American Cancer Society, is working with unions to do just that.
Download the solution overview now to learn how Color is helping benefits leaders and their funds take a more active role in managing the cost of cancer.
