Designing an inclusive mental health strategy

Mental health is now the top health concern in the U.S, but underrepresented populations have disproportionately less access to mental health services. According to a poll by the National Council for Mental Wellbeing, nearly half of all Black, Hispanic, Asian, Native American and LGBTQ+ individuals say they have experienced increased mental health challenges, but few have received treatment.

The traditional scope of mental health services doesn’t have every employee in mind. It’s time for organizations to provide their workforces with accessible, inclusive mental healthcare.

This webinar will cover:

• Why inclusivity in mental health matters

• Three steps to make your mental health strategy more inclusive

• How Sephora and Vox have made mental healthcare more accessible for their employees

• Clear takeaways to implement in your mental health strategy.

Speaker: Dr. Wizdom Powell, Chief Social Impact and Diversity Officer, Headspace Health
