Strider combines proprietary datasets, machine learning, and subject matter expertise to provide actionable insights into the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) that nation-state actors utilize to acquire foreign technology and intellectual property.
In this report, we illuminate the TTPs used by the Chinese government to leapfrog in quantum technologies by revealing the connections between the PRC government strategies, funding schemes, and various stakeholders that are driving innovations in military applications of quantum technologies. It shows the depth of strategic approach that the Chinese government is willing to pursue their interest.
