In this report, we illuminate the TTPs used by the Chinese government to leapfrog in quantum technologies by revealing the connections between the PRC government strategies, funding schemes, and various stakeholders that are driving innovations in military applications of quantum technologies. It shows the depth of strategic approach that the Chinese government is willing to pursue their interest.
