If 2020 has taught IT professionals one thing, it’s this: be flexible and adaptable. When we started the year, most of us had our hands full looking out for employee wellbeing by keeping them equipped, happy and productive in the office. Just a few months later, we have become experts in the transition to working from home (WFH). As we look ahead, we need to keep our eyes on a range of possibilities and workstyles.
IT professionals need to help employees feel and work their best in a range of locales, offering fitting solutions for the person whose office is in a small corner of their house, the person who wants to get the most out of a spacious dedicated office, and the person who must regularly pick up their equipment and move from one workspace
to the next.
