The Barton Malow project team working on UBS Arena wanted to find a streamlined, efficient way to build automation into closeout tracking. Before working with Pype, Barton Marlow teams used a hyperlinked Bluebeam turnover dashboard that linked to permanent folder structures viewable in PDF readers such as Bluebeam, Adobe, and Foxit. Senior Project Engineer Tyler Hatton explains: “I participated in closeout on several projects before using Pype Closeout, and recall the manual process of emailing subcontractors, collecting their documents, and stitching together a turnover package in Bluebeam that hyperlinks to a rigid folder structure.”
